Material warehouse
Each concrete component (sand, cement, water and admixtures) is in a separate compartment. The cement is stored in a closed, waterproof container behind the aggregates. The water is in front of the aggregates. Admixtures are stored on the side of the truck and are integrated into the system.
Setting controls
After loading the storage containers, the operator sets the "strike-off" gates and locks them to the desired specifications. The admixture and flow rate of the water are then set.
